XYZ eXtreme You Zen ligt in Szczyrk, op 2 km van COS Skrzyczne Ski Centre en 21 km van Museum of Skiing. ‏We arrived at Apartamenty XYZ eXtreme You Zen in Szczyrk, a lovely ski Town in Poland. ‏The hotel is wonderful: the rooms are comfortable and well designed, the view is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is varied and of high quality. ‏After one night at the hotel, we learned that due to weather conditions there was no snow, and therefore our skiing plans could not take place. ‏The staff showed exceptional understanding and agreed to cancel our reservation and the planned services — at no cost — out of genuine consideration for the situation. This kind, fair, and professional attitude is not something to be taken for granted and left a deep impression on us. ‏We would especially like to mention Amelia Grzybowska, who was lovely, courteous, and highly service-oriented, and helped us greatly in handling everything. ‏There is no doubt that this is a high-standard hotel with excellent service. We would be very happy to return in the future, hopefully to experience the place again — this time with snow 🙂 ‏Highly recommended.

The host was very helpful and very nice! I was calling him a few times with different requests, but he was always willing to help! Breakfast is very good. The best part is that we were able to take breakfast in our apartment and enjoy it on a balcony with sunlight and nature view. Location is more than great - very close to most of the trails. I advise Villa Monica for everyone. For sure, I'll stay there one more time during my next stay in Sczyrk :)
