There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel features family rooms. perfect location settle in the middle of the valley, near the bus stop and restaurants. The apartment was very big and clean and the owner of the place was very nice and friendly, also provided good recommendation regarding walks near by.

Located in Funchal, Apartments Madeira Old Town are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the Funchal old town. Featuring free WiFi the apartments are 1.4 km from Funchal Marina and 1.9 km from Madeira Congress Center. Outstanding service from Marco who greeted me after a pre-arranged transfer from the airport to the apartment, assisted me with my bag up four flights of stairs, and gave me information about the apartment amenities and the area. Nothing was any trouble. The apartment was well appointed and spacious. While images showed a washing machine in the apartment, there wasn't one in the one I stayed in, however, there was one close by near their other apartments which I could use. The apartment is in a great location, with eating places within easy walking distance. Huge thanks to Guilhereme who helped me with my bag down the stairs. I would happily stay here again.

Each en suite bathroom is stocked with a bathrobe, hairdryer and free bathroom amenities. The Hotel manager Mr Luis Filipe Soares was exceptional! The family-run Vila Marta offers 8 self-catering studios featuring a seating area with a cable TV and a private bathroom with a bath, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Bed and linen are included and free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Vila Marta is perfect for a stay in Madeira, exceptionally clean, welcoming, and the best of the best is the team: Don Joao and Son Bruno. They are the summit of customer orientation, warm, helpful, attentive and available. Could not recommend them more, they are the best!

Our stay at the villa was almost perfect. We really appreciated the absolute cleanliness of the room, its convenient location, and the hosts’ attention to detail. The delicious welcome gift was a pleasant surprise. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, which was also very important to us. The only aspects that could be improved are the quality of the bed linen (it felt quite synthetic to us) and the water supply.

Mathias, the host, is exceedingly generous and went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Breakfast is a highlight - a huge variety of options freshly delivered to the apartment every morning including daily local delicacies. The two pools, steam room, outdoor gym and hot tub are so enjoyable that it makes it hard to actually leave to explore Madeira!!
