The building is new and modern, part of a large hotel, and even has a shopping gallery inside the building, so you do not even need to go outside for groceries or souvenirs. It is very close to a McDonald's (with McCafé) and a large supermarket with low prices. The parking is oficial and seems safe, even though you have to pay a (I say low) price to use it. It is the main hotel's parking lot and, as far as I could tell, has 24h security guard. The staff was very friendly and helpful, very quick to answer all questions and provided useful details and even pictures to help find the place.

The location is fantastic, right on the old city, a few seconds walk from the best restaurants, bars and dance bars in town. The staff is lovely - during the hours they are present. When we were traveling one day, my eldest son was worried that he had lost his phone, one of the staff members went up to the room specifically and found the device in the kitchen... The service is amazing and smiling, the cleanliness is wonderful. I will definitely recommend the place to anyone who comes to Bucharest, and there is no doubt that I have found my favorite place to stay and stay in the city! You are 11 out of 10!
