We were thoroughly impressed with everything and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

But the design, the cleanliness, the space, everything is great. Our room has a big projector and we stayed in the night feeling like we slept with a cinema in front of us. One of the best hotels i stayed at and will definitely stay only here is i ever go back to Bansko. I'm a hotelier so this is saying a lot as we have 5000 hotels in our company.

The staff were all amazing and very friendly. Maria at the front desk was the nicest person and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We were given an upgraded room simply because they had it available!! You get a free bottle of wine when dining in the restaurant in the hotel. The spa facilities were superb. Our room was amazing and our private patio too. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.
