There are convenience stores right outside the apartment and a good restaurant down the hill a 5 min walk away. I would recommend staying here.

Everything was very clean, super responsive hosts who helped out quickly and kindly when we had questions, comfortable beds (two good-sized bedrooms upstairs), good wifi, fenced in/gated parking right in front of unit, compact living area that worked very well and was well-equipped. Easy to find with good directions given by the hostess, on residential street outside of the downtown area.

El Capitán beschikt over goed uitgeruste accommodaties met gratis WiFi in Puerto Montt, op 20 km van Pablo Fierro Museum en 4 km van stadion Chinquihue. the apartment has microwave, 2 tv's , fridge, oven, washingmachine, sofa but no chairs.The rooms are filled with enough cabinets/wardrobes/drawers ( which makes it a bit difficult to have them cleaned thoroughly). Some stuff newer, others a bit used. I stayed at some places with a cold room, so i appreciated the a/c fully. The owner/responsible was very generous with the check-in chech-out times.
