The room was charming and thoughtfully decorated. I enjoyed the individual design touches and the four-poster bed was extremely comfortable - I enjoyed an excellent night's sleep throughout my stay. It was particularly pleasant to look out from the balcony over the garden area in the morning and evening and listen to the gentle sound of the fountain.

We (two teenagers, single mom) really liked the: -nice welcome by the host who handed over the keys -complimentary taxi service from BER Airport to the apartment -super cleanliness throughout the apartment, squeaky clean bathrooms!!! -layout of the apartment (two bedrooms with TVs, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen) -comfy beds + warm duvet and pillow sets -elevator (4th floor apartment) -no noise whatsoever, however, building is at a busy junction (but our home is in a city centre, so we are used to the noise) -a sense of security (both the entrance to the building and the door to the apartment are secure), although the area is quite party-ish -video telephone system of building entrance door (came handy when we ordered food via WOLT App) -good public transport (we used S-Bahn via Ostkreuz station, and the bus to Warschauer Straße station, Uber Arena, East Side Mall) -we were there during the Easter Holiday, all the stores were closed, but we could still do some food shopping at Ostkreuz station, there is also a Bio Market on the other side of the station -close to Uber Arena (we were there for a concert) -kitchen had everything we needed (we only made ham and eggs breakfast, and a pasta dinner, so it was fine)

We stayed at this fantastic apartment and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The apartment is new, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished, with particular attention to detail that makes it truly inviting. We lacked for nothing during our stay, as it was equipped with all the essentials and even surprising extras like a large smart TV and a record player with a selection of records. The location is simply unbeatable, being situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin. It's conveniently located close to both the lively areas, the historic center, and all the major tourist attractions of the city. Additionally, the proximity to the beautiful Victoriapark made our morning walks even more enjoyable. The value for money of this apartment is exceptional, especially considering all the comforts and conveniences it offers. We would also like to emphasize the kindness and availability of the host, who was extremely friendly and always ready to help us with any request. The communication was excellent and made us feel truly welcome. Another highlight was the incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a perfect rest after long days of sightseeing. The only small downside was the pillows, which could have been a bit higher to provide better support during sleep. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Berlin. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to return!
