The water tank was having an issue and VERY quickly a repair person came to the rescue!! Every one was so kind

-Standard Apartment: Located between floor 3 and floor 10. Due to the different heights these flats offer partial sea views.

-Penthouse: Duplex apartments located on the 22nd floor and connected internally by stairs to the upper floor. These flats offer full sea views from a great height. gorgeous view. comfortable and clean. right next to the beach.

Air-conditioned and spacious, the open-plan apartments all have a living area with a TV with international channels, a private bathroom, and an equipped kitchen area. Bed linen and towels are provided. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. This is perfectly situated near the port and provides easy access to all the main attractions in the city. It was an excellent choice for us as a family with two small children. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the swing and baby cot provided for our little ones. Having a kitchen was a huge plus, making it so much easier to prepare meals for the kids. I don’t think we could have found a better family-friendly accommodation in Alicante! Thank you! For picky parents, keep in mind that there is artificial grass in the area around the beds, which may be something to consider if you have a crawling baby.
