Their thoughtful hospitality, including a welcome breakfast and complimentary lunch, made our stay extra special. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and White Town. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures—bright, airy, and comfortable. We also loved unwinding on the common terrace with its refreshing breeze. What truly sets Mel Ville apart is the warmth of the hosts. Having stayed in homestays at other locations, we can confidently say Anup and Mehak are exceptional. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay in Pondicherry!

The host is a gem of a person. Very sweet and kind. The stay was very comfortable and well maintained. We had water 24/7 and all the basic necessities were available. It is safe for girls too! We had a great time there and I'm definitely going back there with family again. Thank you sir for being such a kind host. Learnt a lot from you:)

The space is beautiful, especially the sit-out area—completely surrounded by greenery, which adds a peaceful and refreshing vibe. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here. The property has security cameras and gives a strong sense of staying at your own home. It’s calm, private, and comforting. The host was wonderful—warm and welcoming. Staying here didn’t feel like I was away from home at all. All the amenities listed on Booking.com were available and well-maintained. The space was super clean, and the surroundings were full of plants, which brought in such positive energy. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping among the trees was the best part—it felt so relaxing and close to nature. I would highly recommend this place. It’s a lovely little retreat!
