He was always ready to help and took great care of us throughout the stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful — Tiger Hill is clearly visible, and the sunrise from the stay is simply breathtaking. Waking up to that view made the experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with warm hospitality in Darjeeling.

From the moment we arrived we received outstanding care from the on-site concierge. Nothing was too much trouble - from house cleaning to laundry and help with the local food delivery services. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC in every room, kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and a water filter which meant that we did not have to buy bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus extra space to hang out in the evenings. WiFi was excellent. The location was great. You could get a cab directly to the door and it is walking distance to Ballygunge train station, a local supermarket, Gariathat and many restaurants and coffee houses. Would highly recommend!
