It is a separate house with apartments in central part of the city, in the middle of a calm small street, just a minute walk from big streets with many cafes / restaurants / shops. Wifi was very good. Car parking place is near the hotel's doors. Car gates are always closed, so the parking is only for hotel guests. Key-free entrance. Good support from the host. No kettle in the kitchen, but in the lobby there is a coffee-machine, where one can make coffee / cappucino for free or take a glass of hot water for tea (teabags are not provided, take your own tea with you!) Our apartment was just splendid - all new, spacious, with very high ceilings and second floor with a big bed. Another bedroom with a large bed is separated from kitchen / living room. Sheets / towels were very clean. Bathroom was very spacious, with shower-cabin (no bath). In the kitchen one could find dishes / pans/ frying pans, small fridge etc. - all you need to prepare a breakfast or light dinner.

Easy self check-in with codes both for the entrance and for the room. Helpful staff, good communication. Will definitely recommend and come back here.

The owner has done an incredible job creating such a beautiful space . The owner met us at the parking location and helped us with our bags to the property Wich was only a few moments walk away. The area is beautiful and the property is walking distance to everywhere. For a truly one of a kind experience you have to stay here! I highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent apartment, high quality materials, furniture, architectural concept, really amazing. Cleanliness, the staff was very responsive. The restaurant on ground floor is excellent, craft beer is amazing!

The apartment was well equipped, with good wifi connection and a work desk. I worked form the apartment for 2 days with no issues. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom had floor heating which we really appreciated! The heating system was very powerful, it warmed the place up very quickly. The flat was decorated with good taste. The location was good, about 15-20 min walk from the central area, another 20-30 min from a nice park and forest we went for a run. There were multiple stores in a few minutes distance from us. There was parking space behind the building.

There isn't much I can add to what other users have already written, as the place is just perfect. The flat is situated in what seems to be a very traditional block of flats, adjacent to some older buildings that are being restored now. The flat is newly renovated with good quality materials. The owner's attention to detail is admirable. The flat was perfectly clean and really comfortable. There is a designated spot for parking. The area felt safe even at night. Highly recommended!
