It is very central and also super close to the beach. The room was very spacious and clean! The owner is so nice! She really welcome us and we were able to exchange basic messages with her between English and basic Japanese with Google translator help. I would like to recommend this place, especially for foreigns who want to expirience a local atmosphere :)

We loved every minute of our stay in Shirahama. The host was so friendly and welcoming and we loved our classic Japanese room. The house is on a hill in very short distance to the beach. The beach is great for relaxing and surfing and we had a wonderful time. The next time we come to Shirahama we will definetly come back to this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place with an amazing view. The rooms were lovely, well-equipped, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Katsu is a very kind, attentive, and helpful host – we truly appreciated his support and interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would warmly recommend it to anyone. Ken is a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating. The guesthouse is in traditional Japanese style with nice tatamis and sliding doors, and located right next to the ocean. The town has a convenience store, a nice seafood restaurant, an onsen, and the train station is just a 3 minute walk away with trains every 30 minutes. We liked it very much.

This Hotel is in the middle of Atami. Good walking distance to the beach and also the city center. The most impressive was the Ryokan Breakfast in the room and the Ryokan dinner. The Dinner in my opinion is a MUST !!!!!!! The Onsen was also very relaxing.
