Lovely room, ammuculatley clean with good facilities Kettle, Toaster, Fridge and Microwave in the little kitchen corner. Nice touch to include tea,coffee, milk, toiletries and towels. Peaceful location on the seafront but just a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Excellent value for money

Great find! Perfect self-contained property for our mini-break. Super helpful and welcoming hosts - the welcome pack was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed a great meal out based on hosts recommendation. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we head that way. 5*!

Stunning views and a lovely family . Sadly I hadn’t noticed it didn’t have an en-suite . That was my fault . Just be aware that the bathroom isn’t en-suite.

Awesome big property as we had party of eight. Big kitchen living and outside area. Great location with 10 minutes walk to the private beach. Was not clear how to get down to the beach with gates locked but we figured it out. We had bikes nice easy ride around area and into Abersoch

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The position and window view looking straight at the beach and ocean were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious both days (so was the coffee!) and the staff were very kind and welcoming.

All I can say this place is exceptional, I can not recommend it enough. We have told all friends and family and are planning on coming back. The only downside was we didn’t book for longer. One of the only places I’ve stayed where we enjoyed being in the home as much as going out for adventures for the day.

The location was so beautiful right by the coast so the view from every room was lovely! sunset every evening was breath taking. so peaceful and secluded. the beach nearby was beautiful. The house was so well equipped and super super clean we loved it you could easily spend the day at the property enjoying the view and the comfy living room (fireplace was a massive plus). Grandma was with us for the trip and having a bedroom and en suite bathroom on the ground floor was so perfect will definitely be staying here again
