Our stay at Villa Maria was nice and smooth. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures, very nice and clean and had all the necessary equipment. The hosts were friendly and willing to help if we needed anything. The proximity to the beach was perfect. There were a lot of families with children and it was a perfect choice for them. The children brought a lot of joy and energy to the place, which might not suit everyone (maybe older visitors), but for us it was not problem at all. Everyone always respected quiet hours and the walls insulated the noise well. We loved the big and spacious and shaded balcony. We came with a medium sized dog and there were not many options for walks with him but we managed. There was no problem with the dog on the beach either. The nearest beach had both sand and pebbles and the water was clean. The village center with restaurants and shops is close, but the area around the villa is quiet enough. Nea Skioni was a good place to walk around Kassandra. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria and can recommend it :)

The staff is absolutely amazing; all the people from the hotel were so helpful and treated us like a family. They are always smiling, making the holidays beyond expectations experience. The room is not the biggest but is quite spacious.. the bed is very comfortable and the pillows also , nice interior design, the bathroom and shower is clean all room is very welcoming and the last but not the least the view you get out if the balcony is mesmerising you have the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening.. I definitely recommend and consider to be back

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better — it's right on the beach with a stunning sea view. Everything we needed was within walking distance, from restaurants and cafes to shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended and we’d love to come back!

Our stay at Villa Maria was nice and smooth. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures, very nice and clean and had all the necessary equipment. The children brought a lot of joy and energy to the place, which might not suit everyone (maybe older visitors), but for us it was not problem at all. Very friendly hosts, perfect location, very clean. Beautiful property with a nice garden with lots of olive trees. I personally liked that the kitchen was very well equipped. The beach is nice and really close (20 meters and 10 steps away), we did not have the need to go to any other beach, although there are nice beaches around. Would recommend it to friends.

Great stay.Great location.Huge mansion with a lovely green yard with flowers and palm trees and amazing sea view.Private beach with umbrellas and sunbeds.Swimming pool.Spacious rooms, clean and well maintained.Cleaned every day.Breakfast is more than good.The coffee is wonderful and included in the price of the night. The villa is run by a wonderful family. They will cater to your every need and make your stay amazing. A real holiday. 100% recommend
