Very nice location with fantastic view from the room to the see. Big room, large balcony, cosy bed, clean rooms and restaurant. Easy access to the beach promenade. Very good kitchen. Stuff took in account our request for elderly people (easy access to the room etc.).

I loved it all! From the check in till the check out!! Clean and designed room with a personal touch- champagne and fresh fruits on arrival/nespresso/coffee/milk....The Spa was absolutely worth it! The lady who works there is so nice and very professional! Her aromatherapy massage was a dream!!🥰While there,don t miss out on their restaurant!! If I could sum it up in one sentence – this was the best vacation of my life. The hotel provides a level of service that always exceeds expectations. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with excellent soundproofing, all the essentials you might need, and an efficient air-conditioning system. Food deserves special thanks to the hotel team. The selection is outstanding, catering to every taste – everything is incredibly fresh, from fruits to desserts. The spacious dining halls with sea views make every meal a delight. Room service could offer a slightly wider menu, but delivery is impressively fast. As for the staff – every single person is professional, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. A special thanks to the management for creating such a high standard of hospitality. Parking. The hotel has a large public parking area nearby, but since the street is narrow, spots fill up quickly. I recommend using the hotel’s underground parking. It is tight, so if you don’t have much driving experience, it’s best to let the staff park the car for you (they kindly do this free of charge). Beach. The location is breathtaking – right on the seafront, with a private beach, crystal-clear water, and amazing marine life for snorkeling. In addition to the private beach, there’s also a pool and access to several public beaches nearby. Infrastructure. Opatija itself is a gem – a charming blend of Austrian, Italian, and Croatian architecture. The city center is beautiful, perfect for strolling and relaxing, with plenty of seaside restaurants. There are also shops, a market, and supermarkets (though parking in town can be a challenge). Prices are, of course, on the “touristy” side. In summary: we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel, the beautiful city of Opatija, and Croatia.

Amazing location and very spacious with breathtaking views and scenery. Very close to Volosko harbor and beaches. Nice kitchen and outdoor table. Friendly and informative host. Plenty of parking, but be sure to carefully read the instructions and put the address of the parking area into your GPS, not the property address. It is a narrow entrance so drive slowly and look for the yellow metal fence posts and take care when turning, and park straight on facing hill. Ignore the bright yellow parking lines, as they are from when it was a bus lot. Best to enjoy Volosko & Opatija on foot and leave the car parked! And be sure to walk along the Lungomare! So beautiful!!

Fantastic smaller family run hotel, right on the beach front, with either a pool or lounge chairs down by the water ( there was a daily cost of 9 euro ) Breakfast was included and had a good choice

Spacious apartmamet, everything what is needed was there. Parking arranged by the host, considering Opatija city planning it was close and convenient. 3 mins away from seaside beach and walking promenade. Outside table and chairs for having breakfast/dinner outside or just to chill.

Excellent seaside location right at Lungomare. Direct access to sea from hotel’s beach deck and good food/drinks at the beach bar. Sun beds are not included in the room rate which I didn’t mind since that meant they were available without people reserving them unnecessarily. Good breakfast. Bicycles for rent (although there are really no bike paths or lanes nearby).

It’s beachfront. Rooms are cozy. Yoga & Pilates on the deck organized by the hotel was a nice touch. Compare to other hotels right next to it on the beachfront it’s cheaper. Breakfast was plentiful. I rate it 10 out of 10.
