Nice and attentive host. He was very accommodating and flexible for our needs which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, air-conditioning worked, and the shower was hot. The apartment was a decent size and the location was great. It's in a quiet street less than 5mins walk to the beach and about 10mins to the station.

Beautiful property, very well designed with lots of green space and individual separated rooms for maximum privacy. Aesthetically pleasing design for rooms with well kept and clean interior. Location is superb as well, nice clean beach on the front and beautiful backwater lake on the back and is walking distance from mangroves canoe ride activity. Very serene and peaceful. The owner Prashanth is an amazing host and a great guy, gave us a free upgrade and went above and beyond in his hospitality. A great place to vacation.

Owner Sajeev and caretaker Vijayan looked after us really well during our stay. The location is fantastic - it's outside Varkala which is great if you are looking for somewhere away from the tourist crowds but bear the beach. There was a quiet beach nearby which we had almost to ourselves at times. Swimming in the sea as the sun went down was one of the highlights of our trip to India. The room was a good size with air con and a fan. Breakfast was served outside on the terrace. There is also a washing machine for guests which was really helpful for us as we are backpacking. We were lucky enough to have visited during a Hindu festival and saw plenty of free entertainment at the temple next door. Varkala is only a short tuktuk ride away and has all sorts of different restaurants and shops. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Extraordinary stay in Kerala cottage. Best location, comfy and beautiful cottage in front of a quiet beach where fishermen come early in the morning. Good breakfast and excellent diner in the restaurant next door.

Really chill area of Varkala, but still close to all the main spots and facilities. The place felt peaceful and convenient at the same time.

Kuma is very friendly and helpful guy. Accomodation is new and the bed is very comfortable and large. The top is the shower 🚿 - smooth flow of water and spacious. Kuma managed a scooter for us and is offering surfing classes or u can just borrow a surf. We fully recommend this place. 😀👍

Tiny Temple is a rare gem set back from a quiet section of 'the strip' close to Black Beach. Swati, the host, couldn't be sweeter. He was really helpful and made us feel completely at home. The location and view from the rooftop/deck is unbeatable and the price was totally reasonable (we were there just before 'high' season). New Wifi is being installed which will be the cherry on top! Another perk was the fine folks at Elina's Clifftop Restraunt (next door) who were really accommodating and even offered room/rooftop service. My daughter and I took a risk on a spot without reviews and in this case we're so glad we did. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Location of this place is very unique. Amazing view to a rice field with combination of beach 2 minutes away is really ulatimate combo! So much green around, so many animals, and action of nature. Just wow! Moreover Safi is very nice host. He is always available and ready to help with everthing.
