the hotel is very nice, very close to the sea and you can enjoy the sunset in the sea from the room's window or the beach. Sea is very beautiful and the water is very clean. The dinner and breakfast both delicious and the services are also very good. the only question is hotel is very far from the city and mishima train station, and you need to take almost 2h bus-trip to the hotel and which is only 2 buses per day.

Food, staff, and location. The hotel is not far from the JR station, and it is convenient for people not driving. Staff is nice and attentive to detail. The food, especially the grilled fish, is delicious. This boutique hotel is valued for money given that two private onsen rooms are offered for all guests.
