We recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Martin Boutique, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. Emmanuel, Marion and their team were consistently professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We were captivated by the stylish and beautiful design elements that permeated every corner of the hotel. The attention to detail in the décor is truly commendable, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance. We had the most wonderful time - it was truly memorable, and we so look forward to returning in the future!

Our lovely hostess was always available if we were to need anything, she was super friendly and very helpful. We were able to utilise often the villa's lovely pool and sun deck, and vehicle parking was immediately outside our unit. Because of the hilly area, it is best to have a car. The drive from SXM airport is simple and getting to/from all the action on the Dutch side is also an easy drive - outside rush hour that is, lol. The location is approximately a 25 minute walk or 5 min drive to one the most famous and popular Caribbean beaches - Orient beach. The grocery shops are within a 2-5 minutes drive from the apartment: the Leader Price and the SUPER U. Perhaps the best pizza on the island "Pepe Pizza" is 1 minute away. There is a coin laundry just by the Super U market. We are looking forward to return there next year.

Very bright appartment, basic but well equiped, great location(even if you don't have a car for few days, beach in about 5minutes walking, also market not too far), and rather quiet location. The host was very friendly, willing to help (we had a problem with induction hub, and he came with in 15mimutes to fix it. Also parking Just right there. Would defenitely return

The property was different than on the pictures, smaller with no patios, like half of that on the booking. There was a huge problem with ants, it was like on the national geographic channel, first night the ants were dragging huge insects through a living room XD . The plus was the view, which was amazing. I would recommend for an owner of this property to deal with insects, and to post the real pictures as I felt misleaded.

Lovely apartment. Well equipped- the hosts have thoughtfully equipped the apartment with everything you can need. Daily swims in the beautiful pool as well as the ocean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out over Orient Beach. Many restaurants just a walk down the beach. Hosts very responsive to a minor issue we had and was quickly resolved.
