Quiet area, walking distance to restaurants/shops. Comfortable room, with private bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities in room. Very obliging & courteous hosts, who even put through some laundry for me. Delicious and generous breakfast included. Booked this accomodation not realising it was a B&B with on-site hosts, but this actually didn't worry us in the end as we were given ample privacy.

The flat was very well located right by the beach, with its own private beach access. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The flat was in a secure location too and walking distance from the Mt Maunganui and the restaurants and cafes. Lots of opportunities to surf as well.

The apartment was well appointed. Fantastic location. Easy beach access. Washing machine and dryer were great option for us. Two bathrooms - one upstairs, one down.
