Honestly, this was one of the best places we've ever been. We traveled the whole island and this small hotel, included its location and atmosphere, the willingness of the staff and the services clearly dominated our entire holiday. Guys, we really hope we'll have a chance to see you again in the future, it was a real pleasure! :D Best beach ever!!!

It was small only 12 units and all were virtually on the beach. It was very personal and the staff were so attentive and NOTHING was too much to ask. The air con was perfect and the fan was sufficient most of the time. The rooms were able to be closed so even when the power went off (not the resorts fault) the rooms were kept very cool. The food especially the pizzas was excellent and the Italian flavour was great. They also organised tours for us which was great as it took hassle out of it. Also transport to and from airport so we were spoilt

We loved the villa space, comfort, furnishings, decor, appliances, and facilities. The resort layout, pool and gardens gave it a boutique hotel feel. The staff were friendly, helpful and, accommodating based on our various requests around arrival, departure, meals, travel etc.

A lovely villa in a beautiful resort. Everything was clean from the private pool and the villa itself to the shared swimming pool. Employees of the resort were very friendly and helpful. There are two nearby restaurants who serve good food. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend and might book again if we come to Zanzibar anytime in the future!

We were very happy , very good location , calm beach ( no beach boys which can ruined your relax), the appartment was top notch and clean. Also personel was very friendly and helpful. You will also find one of the best food in neighbour restaurant - "Wishing Tree" and perhaps their best octopus served in whole Zanzibar (coocking by Italians). If You looking accommodation in this area I can tell You that You found the right place here.... Special thanks and greetings come to Elena , amazing woman !

The place is amazing. It has its own spirit. I liked my room so much, waking up direkt on the beach with the sunrise. The house looks very nice and authentic. I was feeling like at home. Stefano is the most friendly person I get to know in Zanzibar. He was taking care of me all the time. He took me to the sun set beach, helped me to go to Paje with Dala dala and we went to buy food from the shops, so I had my breakfast in the Guesthouse with plenty of fruits. In the evening Stefano did a fire on the beach, so we could enjoy the evening with a view to the ocean. Pingwe beach is really nice, quiet and for me the best beach in Zanzibar. You have a nice view to the Rock restaurant and every morning a nice sun rise. And I fall in love with the owner's dog, Hungry is not just a dog, he is something special I wish I I had met the owner of the place Caro, because I recognized she is a very nice person. Thank you so much Stefano, Caro and Hungry, you made me very very happy. I miss you and we will see again for sure.

And I fall in love with the owner's dog, Hungry is not just a dog, he is something special I wish I I had met the owner of the place Caro, because I recognized she is a very nice person. Thank you so much Stefano, Caro and Hungry, you made me very very happy. I miss you and we will see again for sure.

Spectacular location right on the beach. Rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. We were looked after so well by everyone at Hekaya!

Everything. The beachfront location, the lovely pool and gardens, the large rooms with patios overlooking the ocean. The way the Swahili styled hotel bender in with the trees it was very private and peaceful too. Short walk to the rock restaurant. But above all, the staff. They were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them

Bitcoin was a slice of heaven which our family will never forget. The villa was right on the beach where you could watch the ocean all day. Staff were incredibly attentive always. The villa was cleaned daily and in a quiet part of the island. We would return in a heartbeat!

Very small hotel, only 5 rooms so quiet and relaxed. Beautiful view of the ocean on a very nice beach. And probably the best spot on the beach. Nice small pool to cool off in. Large rooms. Very safe and staff were great. Close proximity to two restaurants walkable from the beach worth visiting. The Rock (expensive) and Baladin (best option).

Small (only 5 rooms), right on the beach, had everything what we needed and wanted. Decent internet connection, no power outages. Tasty breakfast and a very pleasant staff

The adorable 5 room boutique hotel is right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. They have 3 rooms on the ground level with direct access to the beach and 2 rooms on the first level. All rooms are spacious, clean and minimalistic with a traditional design and feel. All the staff are lovely and really make their guests feel welcome and at home. I can't wait to return.

A great boutique hotel, right on the beach front, if you are looking for relaxation this is the spot for you. Rooms where great, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful
