We spent three days in Mawe Mawili swimming between the mangrove trees, chilling by the sea in the numerous shady spots, enjoying Hamis' delicious food and wandering on the beach and the villages juste nearby. We booked a tent but we were upgraded in a cabin, which was very confortable and beautiful, all wood-made with hand-made decoration. Fabian who manages the place was extremely nice and we had an amazing time thanks to him, Hamis and Ali.

The staff (Fabian, Ali and Hamisi) were lovely and very friendly. They tried to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location is very remote, right next to the beach and surrounded by green scenery. It was nice to hear the sound of the waves while lying in our tents at night. There is only one other hotel within walking distance, and the hotel's lovely dog, Sheba, visits from time to time. Hamisi did a great job preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner based on our wishes.
