The place was so amazing its difficult to express in words. As we were approaching the area, it looked like it was in the middle of nowhere and then bang, the most amazing property came up, to say it was a surprise was an understatement. The rooms were perfect, location was actually perfect. everything was just perfect. The restaurant is a bit slow so order early but apart from that everything was super unreal. Also they have a horses stable adjoining the property where you can ride a horse and take it into the water. totally unreal. words cant express enough just how amazing this place is.

The hotel itself has the perfect location in stone town and is beautifully kept in traditional Zanzibar style. The staff is also very friendly..

Great clean, comfortable apartments across from the Tembo hotel; we liked being independent but with the use of the hotel facilities. Super location with friendly, helpful staff. Arranged a walking tour of Stonetown (the guide was called Chief - he was brilliant!) and a spice farm visit via reception - they were both excellent; really good value and both with a private guide.

Amazing hotel ! The staff is very nice and extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is so relaxing with an amazing sunset view, the breakfast buffet comes with a large choice and everything is very delicious. The location is very practical. The access to the beach is amazing as well and we appreciate how the security guards are very careful. Would definitely recommend !

The location is ideal, right in the centre of Stone town, on the beach with a beautiful view of the sunset. One of the few hotels in Stone town with a pool (3 pools to be precise), one of which overlooks the beach. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. Rooms were spacious and clean, with good air conditioning.

The rooms and the entire hotel are so beautifully furnished and decorated, not to mention the most pretty bathrooms I've ever seen! The view from the balconies facing the Ocean, the fantastic pool at the very center of the hotel, the hotel's location right on the beach while at the same time with a walking distance to everything you wish to reach in Stonetown. The breakfast was excellent with a broad variety of choices for all tastes, and the staff members are professional and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Right on the beach with great beach access walking out of the dining area to the beach. You can also access boats for excursions from this beach. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel is located right on the beach with incredible views of the ocean. The staff are really helpful and polite and there’s a wide variety of choices at breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and there are a few swimming pools to refresh yourself in.
