The all family is welcoming, and always smiling. You will feel like home. The rooms are spacious, fully equiped (AC, fridge etc) and beds are very confortable. The house is perfectly located with an amazing rooftop with Nile view. On the rooftop the best chef of Aswan will take care of you and served you delicious breakfast. We could wash our clothes here, wich was usefull. Do not look for another place, book here and you wont regret it. We were really lucky to be there and we hope we will come back one day. Thank you again JJ for everything.

Located on a serene island, you’re surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views of the river. We stayed in a river view room, with a farm right in front of our window. Waking up to the view in the morning was truly a gift. The rooms are a beautiful homage to local Nubian heritage, with charming architectural and design touches that make you feel like you're staying in a traditional Nubian home. Yet, you also have all the comforts of a clean, well maintained air-conditioned room, which was such a perfect balance. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure that guests experience the local culture in an authentic way. It’s perfect for travelers who want to embrace the slow life and connect with the area’s heritage. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Even before we arrived, he kept in touch and responded promptly to any questions we had about our booking or itinerary. He even provided us with an incredibly detailed and helpful list of dos and don’ts, along with travel suggestions for Luxor, Cairo, and Aswan! There are many activities and day trips to historical sights provided by the hotel as well, and we always felt like we were in good hands here. As a passionate traveler himself, you can tell he truly cares about giving his guests an unforgettable, authentic experience. One of the highlights of our stay was taking a refreshing dip in the Nile. It was incredibly relaxing, after a busy week full of walking around and traveling. Our favorite part of the stay was meeting the warm and welcoming locals. The owner took us to a local village on another island, where we had the chance to see traditional Nubian houses. The local kids were playing and running around outside, and it was a truly heartwarming experience to interact with them. They also have an adorable dog, Zazu, who will greet you with endless love and affection the moment you arrive! We already miss him so much!!

Virkelig hyggeligt og flot sted. Det har en super beliggenhed i Nubian village. Rolig og behagelig stemning. Ejeren Hafez er meget venlig og hjælpsom. Meget stor anbefaling!

Nile Bride ligger i Aswan, 23 km fra Aga Khan Mausoleum og mindre end 1 km fra Det Nubiske Museum. Værelserne har aircondition og et privat badeværelse. The place is amazing and clean, and the view is breathtaking. Mohammed and Mostafa are very kind, generous, and genuine people. They helped us with everything from Flueca rides, money exchange, and routes. This is from now on my goto for whenever i come to Aswan.

Mohammed is a very welcoming host; with his wife and family he has solutions to all questions, gives plenty of tips to discover Aswan and always with a smile! : he is very helpful and a nice person to meet. Besides the guest house is very quiet, well situated in the beautiful island and we sleep very well !

Our stay at Dolly Kato was nothing short of magical. Nestled at the heart of a Nubian village, this property offers a genuine cultural immersion that is truly unforgettable. The room's decoration was charming and reflective of the local culture, while the balcony provided breathtaking views of Aswan and the Nile. Watching the serene beauty of the Nile from our balcony was an experience we will cherish forever. The staff at Dolly Kato went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they were always ready to assist us. When we needed to leave early for a trip to Abu Simbel, they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us. The range of activities they offer, such as the boat ride and the drive to Abu Simbel, were not only reasonably priced but also of high quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the Nubian party with live music hosted by the property. The lively atmosphere and the enchanting music made the evening an unforgettable experience.

Staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. This was the cleanest accomodation that we have stayed in in Egypt. The breakfast was great, they have a terrace with views to the Nile and they use fruits and vegetables that are home grown. One of the days we had dinner as well, totally recommended, great portions and good quality. They helped us as well arranging the transfer to the airport, the captain of the ferry picked us up and the taxi driver was waiting right after the ferry.

The guest house is located on the Elephantine island and offers a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, where one can easily walk to the Nile and spend quality time without any unnecessary noise and chaos. There are multiple restaurants and cafés at walking distance from the guest house. The room was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The highlight was however the owner and his kind hospitality. He goes out of his way to make sure your time is spent without any issues. He also picked me up from the ferry point on my arrival, and dropped me at 3:30 a.m. in the morning.
