It is lovely to want to come back to the hotel and first thing have your favorite drink in the lobby for free: a juice, a coffee, hot chocolate… The mattress was firm, high quality, excellent for a restful sleep.

She was more than helpful when I asked for recommendations and was so kind to hold my luggage since I caught a later bus. The breakfast was nice and featured some homemade pastries which was a plus. I will defiantly be back when in Alicante!

The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is located right on the coast, just steps away from a beautiful beach, which was perfect for relaxing. It’s quite far from the city, so it’s ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet by the sea. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety every day. The pool was lovely, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.

The room was really spacious for the three of us, with facilities that far exceeded our expectations. The reception was open most hours and the room was ready when we arrived at 1 PM even though check-in started at 4 PM. They also provided lockers for us to put our luggages the next day after check-out time, which was very convenient.

Every detail in it has been thought through and well-executed. From arrival to departure, we were taken care of. The breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve ever had in Europe in a hotel. We can’t say enough positive things about how the staff treated us. It felt like we belonged there.
