Completely renovated, the hotel consists of three village houses, 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, and plateaus in the heart of the most shopping district of Biarritz, Les Halles, is a lively and green... We are a family of five with three teenagers and stayed for three days. We stayed in teh appartment, which is a separate building just across from the main hotel building. The flat was on two levels, with a double bed and three single beds. It had a small patio out front which was actually wonderful, in that we could sit outside and drink wine or coffee and enjoy the sun and the very central location. The beds were very comfortable! The hotel is very central, a block from the market and a grocery store and surrounded by restaurants. The staff were very friendly. We did surfing lessons every day, and the surfing was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. For beginners, Biarritz is fantastic for surfing -- very good predictable waves, and many options for rentals.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, with perhaps the most thoughtfully-designed rooms I've ever encountered - so many places to put things, to hang things, to pack things. Location simply could not be better; you're in the heart of the beautiful town but it still feels like an oasis. The beach is just a few minutes' walk. The view from our very large room (216) was spectacular, offering both mountains and the bay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We arrived early in the morning and asked Vincent if we could leave our bags and then come back at check-in and he was more than accommodating. We were able to go into our rooms right away, and he gave us a tour of the facility and basically his home with our home. I would highly recommend this establishment The bed, the sheets, the unique decor, the location, and Vincent all absolutely fantastic ⭐️👍

Natacha is an utter delight with exemplary hosting skills. I travelled by train from London for a football match. The property is very nice and breakfast fantastic. Especially the home made peach jam.
