Nyande Raja Ampat ligt tegenover het strand in Pulau Mansuar en heeft een tuin en een terras. De kamers hebben een balkon met uitzicht op de zee en gratis WiFi. Na een hele lange vlucht van Amsterdam naar Sorong met een tussenstop op Jakarta zijn we de eerste 4 nachten van onze droomreis bij Nyande Homestay begonnen. We hebben hier geweldige dagen gehad met prachtige duiken, alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld, ook de nieuwe duikshop is top, goede staf en goede duikgidsen. De lokatie is echt prachtig, vooral als je over de lange steiger richting strand loopt tussen de 2 romantische waterbungalows door, zó ontzettend mooi 🥰. En dan die prachtige junglegeluiden die we daar hoorden, hier hebben we zó van genoten, dat gaan we echt missen. Mijn vriend was tijdens ons verblijf daar jarig, Andy heeft voor hem een verjaardagstaart geregeld, echt top! Hans was echt verrast! Als we weer terugkomen naar Raja Ampat dan staat Nyande Homestay zeker op ons lijstje, maar dan gaan we voor één van die romantische waterbungalows. Esne, Andy en staf, nogmaals bedankt voor de geweldige tijd die we bij jullie hebben gehad 😘.

My wife and I recently stayed at Tabari Dive Lodge, and it was nothing short of magical. The lodge is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful location with its own private beach, offering the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. Every meal was exceptional—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. Our fist meal the evening we arrived was grilled stuffed King Prawns!! One unforgettable detail: while dining, we watched black-tip reef sharks and moray eels gliding beneath us in the water, It was like dining in an aquarium. The staff went above and beyond. When my wife wasn’t feeling well, they brought her meals to her in bed and even made her a soothing homemade ginger tea. Their kindness and attention made all the difference. Special thanks to Bridget, the owner, who was always around and ready to help with anything we needed. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel truly at home. As for the diving—absolutely world class. We experienced so many unforgettable moments, including a giant manta ray that hovered above us—a true bucket list moment! Even snorkeling just off the beach was incredible. We genuinely loved everything about our stay. If you're looking for unspoiled beauty, amazing marine life, top-notch service, and unforgettable diving, Tabari Dive Lodge is the place to go. We’re already planning our return! We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel before and after Tabari, it's a perfect transit hotel, clean and convenient. Paparisa Homestay in Kri biedt accommodatie alleen voor volwassenen met een tuin, een privéstrand en een terras. Je kunt genieten van het uitzicht op de zee. Words can't describe how amazing the experience was. Paparisa is a brand new, small, private and secluded homestay with the nicest houses in Kri Island by far (compared to all the other homestays). The place has five "resort level" cosy houses with ensuite semi-open air bathroom (rare in Raja Ampat), big nice comfortable beds with mosquito net, a small private terrace in each house to relax or to watch the sunset and a small restaurant to enjoy your meals (they are building a nice sunset view big restaurant which they said will be ready by September 2025). They provide towels, toilet paper and linen so no need to bring yours. They have some toiletries but better bring some extra shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. Electricity is available almost half of the day and it is more than enough to charge anything in your room! The sea is just three meters from your door so you can easily swim whenever you want. This is also very convenient for diving or excursion's pickups as the boats pick you up straight from your door to go for diving or for a trip! Also, in walking distance you can snorkel in very amazing home reefs on your own. Paparisa rents for a small amount of money snorkeling equipment and these guys can also arrange several snorkeling trips to anywhere in the area. They also have contacts around so don't hesitate to ask them for anything you need! The communication before arrival through WhatsApp was exceptional and they have helped us a lot with our planning (the boat from Waisai to Kri arranged by them and a lot more). The food in the place is very tasty and feels like home and they are willing to cater any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan etc).

Mares Homestay-Raja Ampat is gelegen in Fam. Deze accommodatie ligt aan het strand en biedt een privéstrand en een terras. De vakantiewoning heeft ook2 badkamers. Er is een ontbijt beschikbaar. We love everything about Mares Homestay!!!! The location is peaceful and close to amazing spots. The room was new and with all the necessary, comfy bed, extra mattress for the terrace, hammock, sun bed, to hung all the wet clothes, tables, chair, mosquito net… The bathrooms were always clean, both with shower. You can find a little village 5 minutes walking where everyone is friendly. They super welcome us, we were lucky and dance with them traditional Papuan music. So much fun!! 🤩 The food was plenty and delicious, we had special meal for Christmas!! They separated the portions and cook different plates every time. Apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner they will bring cakes at afternoon. Water, tea & coffee all day. Electricity from 6 pm to 6 am. But the best about Mares is Luky, the owner and his beautiful family. Everyone is happy and friendly. We love to meet them. Luky is a super host and he speak really good English. Don’t miss his tours! We snorkel 🤿 with at least 10 mantas!!! And we were there alone! We saw the eagle ray, the Wobbegong shark 🦈 and beautiful corals. We explore Pyanemo, Melissa’s garden, Rufas súper relax… At night we really enjoy the ride to other island to meet the Coconut 🥥 crabs 🦀 Also he is an amazing boat driver! He took us safe and pick up on time. Communication was smooth during months on WhatsApp! We found a friend in Raja Ampat! Hopefully we can come back soon!!! We were lucky because “Luky” is very lucky 🍀 maybe because he is always happy!!!! 😃 We love his energy!!

Toen de mama wist dat we graag fruit aten werden we rijkelijk bediend met de heerlijkste vruchten.Hij heeft nieuwe gastenkamers gebouwd en die zijn zeer goed in orde naar hun normen

Efenli Arnes homestay is gelegen in Yennanas Besir in de regio West-Papua en biedt accommodatie met gratis privéparkeren. Je kunt bij de vakantiewoning genieten van een Aziatisch ontbijt. I had an amazing stay at Efenli Arnes Homestay - the location is beautiful, and the staff is so helpful and kind. The reef right outside the homestay was great for snorkeling, and Arnes also took us on a snorkeling tour to Cape Kri and Friwen Wall which were amazing spots. It is a warm and convivial atmosphere with other travelers, I wish I had stayed longer!
