The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect setting. The staff were lovely. The room was plenty big enough and they even went as far as to put a shower chair in the room for my disabled mother. Over we really really enjoyed our stay and even though it was only for 1 night we had the most amazing light display that we were very fortunate enough to see.

Check-in was easy as well as the communication with the hosts. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, was close to the ocean and had an awesome hot tub. Would have liked to stay even longer!

The guest house has family rooms. My friend and I stayed here for one night as a base for visiting the blue lagoon and returning our rental car to the airport early the following morning. It was perfect and had everything we needed, it was one of our fav places we stayed on our entire trip. There was plenty of towels and toiletries supplied, more so than bigger hotels we stayed at in Reykjavik, and the kitchen/tv are awas comfy. Beds were very comfy and spacious bathroom.

There’s a perfect kitchen with a variety of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, our time was limited, but we appreciated the amenities and the location close to the ocean.
