The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre. Beliggenhed og venligt personale. Monterosso er et godt udgangspunkt for at besøge Cinque Terre.

Just 100 metres from Fegina Beach, Hotel Villa Adriana is set among palm trees. It offers a Ligurian restaurant, a pool, and classically furnished rooms with an LCD TV. This was a very pleasant surprise. I booked Villa Adriana on short notice and I realize I got super lucky as I can now see why this place has a high demand. Perfect location a stone's throw away from the beach and right before the road becomes steep, so quite comfortable to walk. They have parking which was a blessing. Loved the vibe of the place, the building, a neat garden, nature around, a very nice and welcoming staff at the front desk and the restaurant. Simple and comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms, a balcony to relax after hiking... or to hang your gear to dry :D Overall, great base for hiking Cinque Terre, a short walk from the Monterosso train station and a bit longer to the center of town, yet, a very pleasant stroll along the coast. Very friendly staff, a hearty breakfast with a lot of options (for Europe) and dinners that are great value for money in such a touristy area. I hope I can come back soon.

Ligger højt oppe i forhold til byen. Fantastisk smuk udsigt, rolig beliggenhed, lækker varieret morgenmads buffet. Pæne velholdte og rene værelser. Gratis bus shuttle til og fra hotellet til byen - fungerer perfekt. Man kan sagtens gå til byen, men der er et stykke vej nedad.

La Casa Rotonda ligger i Portovenere, 5 minutters gang fra Spiaggia di Arenella Strand og 16 km fra Castello San Giorgio, og har udsigt til byen og gratis wi-fi Hver enhed har privat badeværelse og... Great location very central to bus, harbor, restaurants, castle and abbey. Clean. Perfect for one night!

Camere Margot ligger i Monterosso al Mare, 32 km fra Castello San Giorgio og 32 km fra Technical Naval Museum, og har gratis wi-fi overalt. Great communication throughout the trip. Nice amenities including snacks and a drying rack out in the front courtyard. Great location, comfortable room.

Le Finestre Veneris ligger i Portovenere, 2 minutters gang fra Spiaggia di Arenella Strand og 16 km fra Castello San Giorgio. Her er gratis wi-fi overalt. Location is perfect for boat trips,bus journeys to La Spezia (2 euros 50 ) and 3 minutes walk to restaurants. Excellent.

Alby Express Rooms ligger i La Spezia. Overnatningsstedet ligger 29 km fra Carrara Kongrescenter, 2 minutters gang fra Stazione La Spezia Centrale og 35 km fra Mare Monti Shopping centre. Room was very close to the train station and all the activities.

Sotto Sale-5 Terre affittacamere ligger i Riomaggiore og har udsigt til byen samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Excellent room and Erika (and her father) were super helpful. Strongly recommended (if the stairs - which is quite common in the area - is not an issue). Room and location were super.
