The property has a great location that’s central to town but in a quiet street. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is clean as well. Rinas was so helpful while I was in a stressful situation with my shuttle never arriving. He found another ride for me last minute and saved the day. 10/10 would recommend!

This homestay is operated by the most beautiful family and we honestly can say they set the most exceptionally high standard for Aragum Bay accommodation. We rented 5 rooms and everyone felt the same. Jaz and his family were so helpful with everything from money changing to advising on tuk tuk prices, arranging drivers and any other questions we had. They went above and beyond to help us and nothing was a problem. Even making a birthday cake for one of our group. The rooms are immaculate - so clean with everything we needed. Location is perfect and is in the middle of everything, steps to the beach and even has an attached very well stocked supermarket. Our stay here was such a delight and we really look forward to coming back here. If we could rate this accommodation 10 stars, we absolutely would.

The property is pretty much spotless and located just meters from the Indian Ocean, which means you can hear the waves ALL NIGHT. The staff is super attentive and thoughtful, from the caretakers to the bartenders to the management. I was also pleasantly surprised to find real Neapolitan pizza, a wide selection of Italian wines, and caffè corretto with Sambuca (!) – just when I started missing European flavors a bit ;) And if that wasn’t enough, the yoga classes first thing in the morning put you in a blissful mood. Would definitely come back <3

The best part about this place is Mohammed, he made sure we were always comfortable, he always had delicious snacks for us. The room was really comfortable, with AC and a fan. Just next to the beach, and a really good surf school. Would recommend.

Wonderful property and host! Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

Starfish Cabbana ligger i Arugam Bay, 4 minutters gang fra Arugam Bay Beach, og har en have, en terrasse og gratis privat parkering. Starfisch Cabana felt like our second home, such a beautiful place with the best host!. Tharindu was always ready to help or have a chat with! The place is very clean, quiet and has a small outdoor kitchen. The fans work well and our bathroom was modern! Also a special acknowledgement has to go to the stunning, well-maintained garden. Absolutely stunning and very relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, we got delicious breakfast every day which always hit the spot after a sunrise surf! Tharindu changed the breakfast every day from a traditional sri lanka breakfast to poached eggs with avocado toast with a delicious fruit bowl. Overall, Starfish Cabana is a hidden gem in Arugam Bay and if you are looking for a place to stay, look no further. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will be back :)
