Having a semi private courtyard (shared with some other rooms) and access to a pool so close to the bustling Malecon and Zona Romantica neighbourhoods was a treat. The rooms are well equipped with soundproofing materials and totally blocked the sounds from the Malecon strip. I am a light sleeper but slept restfully each night. The owner made himself available to answer any questions we had and was super friendly. The owner turned his grandparents old villa into this accommodation and you can see the passion he has for his work and his family. If we find ourselves back in Puerto Vallarta - we will be staying here again 100%

The location is just perfect, you can wall to the beach or to the Malecon. Great area with lots of restaurants. The place is comfty, really clean, quiet and with all the apliances you would need. Host was very helpful and nice, also a great place to rest, pillows are really comfty also the bed. Hope to get back soon. Thanks for your great support and customer service.
