I loved everything about this place! The staff were ALL very friendly (and a special shout out to the lovely Mafalda who gave suggestions on what to see, answered our questions about the Portuguese language and culture, and delivered friendly smiles like warm sunshine every day without fail!) The rooms are well appointed & clean (extremely important to us!), the breakfast had a good selection each day (yes, the same foods each day, but you could select something new each day for a week without eating the same thing twice), the location is perfect (so close to beaches and a short 5-10 minute walk into town), the view is wonderful, and I miss sitting on the balcony each morning with my cappuccino enjoying the sea view and breeze with the sounds of doves cooing. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I will definitely be back!

Det renoverede 5-stjernede Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico vender ud mod marinaen i Ponta Delgada og har en førsteklasses beliggenhed. It was such a pleasant experience. The welcoming was very warm, the room was specious and so tastefully decorated with an amazing view. Meals at restaurant were quite unique, local and delicious, and desserts were such a delight to look at and enjoy. A very big thank for a lovely birthday surprise. Everything was exceptional - next to the beauty of the whole island it was that thing that makes everything dreamlike. The staff deserves a big praise!

I loved how the breakfast was neatly putted on the counter. The view from the living room and the modern decor everywhere. The cleaning lady was super nice and friendly.

The room was very clean and beautiful. We loved staying so close to the ocean. Location was great to get anywhere in the middle / east side of the island. Breakfast was simple and everything you need to start of the day.

Mastro - Discoveries and Memories ligger i Angra do Heroísmo, 3 minutters gang fra Zona Balnear da Prainha Strand og 1,6 km fra Silveira Strand. Værelserne har aircondition og et privat badeværelse. The location is perfect, right near the ocean and the city center. The staff and especially the hotel owner were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. . They helped us with restaurant reservations, car rental and many other special needs that came up during our stay. I will definitely return to Mastro on my next visit to Terceira. The room was super clean as was the whole hotel. 10+.
