The hotel is pleasant and conveniently located in a great area of the city. The sauna was also very enjoyable. We had a particularly noteworthy and positive experience: due to a misunderstanding, we didn’t request a baby bed in advance. Even though there was no staff available at the time we arrived, someone came back especially to set up a baby bed in our room. That was truly exceptional service and showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and well situated place, but quiet and cosy. Irena, Petya and Ivo are awesome (effective communicators, details orientated and result centred, easy-going, caring, sympathetic and creative). They make you feel really at home. I stayed at Chicho Tsane twice, with a group of tourists, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—not right in the crowded tourist center, which made it even better while still providing easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly, which added to our overall experience. The sauna and the jacuzzi was included to our stay, after full days of ski, was great. A very good choice for a ski vacation in Bansko, especially for groups!
