Great service and location! If you are looking to stay at the heart of "Le Village" neighborhood, this is the perfect place to be. Breakfast is a marvelous experience (I still missed it). Its a Lovely place for starting your day and coming back after a day around the City. Sylvain and Darren were superhosts taking care of every detail and question you may have. Don't miss the shared terrace with a tropical garden that with your favorite glass of wine is the perfect way to end up your day!

This was to me the best find of the year. Loved it so much I already booked it again for my next Montreal trip. Excellent location, beautiful and clean rooms, very comfortable bed and one of my favorite toiletries brand (Le Labo). Lovely and spacious place with all the ammenities. All new and with a very cozy feeling. The mattres and pilows were very confortable. Carole was always very attentive and helpfull. We would be back any time, its is a very nice place.

They just bought out the neighboring building and renovated the reception, and the host was telling us they're adding a spa as well! We love this place - great location (1 min to Sherbrooke metro and 5 mins to restaurants on St. Denis), rooms are updated and clean, beds are comfy, and it's pretty quiet given the location, too. The rooftop patio is definitely worth a visit - great for grabbing some takeout and having a more relaxing night in. This was our second stay in 3 years - we'll probably stay here for our next trip to Montreal, too.

Beautifully and uniquely decorated room with a very comfortable bed, overall a very welcoming hotel. The room looks like something out of a Wes Anderson movie. Kind staff, very clean, and a spacious washroom (almost as big as the room itself) with both tub and shower, again with unique decoration. A very tasty breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated space. One of the most cozy and beautiful stays we’ve ever had.

Very nice room , spacious and quiet, location was great opposite the park. The breakfast was great , continental breakfast, croissant were delicious and the choice of bread too. The staff very helpful and friendly.

We had at a great experience at the Gite du Survenant. The location is quite convenient, just a few minute walk from the metro, and close to some of the major attractions (Botanic Garden, Biodome, Planetarium, Olympic Stadium...) . It's also close to a lovely little market (Marché Maisonneuve) where we bought amazing local food. The hosts were helpful and flexible, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Overall very happy with the place, highly recommended.
