Great views and very kind staff. The place is clean. They have thought about every little detail and all needs of the guests. There are lots of complementaries. Our golden retriever was warmly welcomed. My 4-year-old son was super happy with the play corner with many toys for different ages. He loved Ivona (from the staff) who paid special attention to him. We would be happy to return to this place one day.

They have the best view!!! I booked a room with free breakfast, the variety of food they provide is superb! There's a balcony in our room facing the lake + mountain view. Definitely will stay here again if we ever visit Swiss!

It was a great location with a convenient parking aside the building(+10chf/day). We were at the second facility above coop market, which I believe is more comfortable and was very quite despite the proximity to the gondola and it was also very warm. Staff was very polite and helpful.
