I had a really lovely stay at this hotel! The property is welcoming, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful from the very first moment, always available without ever being intrusive. My room was bright, spacious, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is excellent: easy to get around, close to the main points of interest, and well connected by public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were exceptionally decorated. The bed was really comfortable. I was messaged by the property whilst travelling on the train, she offered to organise and pay for a taxi. We refunded them in arrival. They couldn’t do enough for us.

Everything, the hotel is lovely, chinese style, stylish and clean room and good bathroom, bed was comfy, location was fantastic and staff were very helpful.

The best staff by far in our China trip for now. They help us with transport (talked with Chinese so we didn’t get scammed) , even booked activities for us like terracota warriors. They are always available 24h with a smile. Breakfast is really good, we recommend the Chinese one, tasty and healthy specially the vegetable sandwich. The rooms where clean and very spacious. Also location is great. Next to various touristic spots, like human street…
