We arrived on the very first day of the hotel’s reopening after renovations. They are still finishing some work, but everything in the room was brand new, fresh, with soft clean bedding and a beautiful view. When we arrived at check-in time, we were asked to wait for two more hours, but later they kindly gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The lady at the reception was very pleasant and helpful — thank you to her, and we wish the team good luck with finishing the renovations!

Very warm welcome, complete with cake and tea and ice-cream (homemade). A lovely lounge area to sit and enjoy them in. Our family room was spacious, quiet and comfortable with a very large bathroom. Lovely and clean, couldn't fault it. A great location with parking and a short walk to a variety of restaurants. Fantastic scenery.

The rooms very pretty and provided with all the facilities. The welcome was done with a tasty snack and the breakfast was with too many verities. We loved everything about the hotel. The view is fantastic and the aesthetic of the rooms gives you the feeling of a luxury alpine stay. Highly recommended.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Everything is just perfectly suited for our taste. We get a spacious room in the new building and so quiet and clean. And the hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Location is great too. Easily accessible to Zugspitze, Partnachklamm and 1 hour drive to Innsbruck.
