I really liked that the apartment was equipped with all the essentials. You can heat up food, there are all the necessary utensils, towels, everything you need to bring ready-made food home, warm it up, and enjoy a cozy meal. I also appreciated how well it was furnished. I also want to highlight how great the communication with the administrators was — they sent me very detailed instructions, including videos on how to find the entrance. I had a code to access the apartment, which was very convenient since I didn’t have to worry about keys. The location in the city was also very convenient.

The hosts were amazing- they made us and our dog so welcome, the rooms are Pyrenees rustic, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is a delight, great Spanish food in a lovely setting, with an extensive wine list and bar, would highly recommend.

The welcome at Hostal Escuils was the warmest I have ever had. The bedroom and bathroom are extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and the basics (tea bags, cakes, toiletries etc) are refreshed daily if needed The standard is way above what you would expect from a hotel in this category. The wifi works well. The parking could not be more convenient. But if all of that is not enough to convince you, I am happy to say that Maria and her mother are the best hostesses you will ever find!
