I go to London very often for work or just to spend a weekend so I'm a regular customer of Airbnb or Booking.com... I must admit that this time I was really happy with the choice of the room. You have an entire floor of the house with a spacious room, a bathroom that is also spacious and a small kitchen with all the accessories you need! Super provided! Martin was spectacular with us, from our arrival until our departure, very helpful and very kind. My fiancée forgot an item in the room and he was super helpful and sent it back to us in Manchester! An absolute legend! Great room price for the area and perfect cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Free parking right outside the house. We will be back for sure at Martin's 🙂

Absolutely loved my stay here.The lady who checked me in etc. was very pleasant.I had booked a double room for myself which was lovely,well aired extremely clean,comfy bed and good shower.After 4 days of sightseeing in central London coming back to the guest house was a pleasure in lovely,peaceful surrounding.Lovely Italian restaurant literally 30 yards from Marple Cottage Guest House and only a pleasant 10 minute stroll to Wimbledon Park tube station.Will definitely stay here again.

We booked a night as we were in London for a show and to catch up with friends. Communication from the host was excellent, the self check-in was super easy, in fact they kindly said we could in a little earlier than check intime as the cleaning had been done, such a nice touch. The space itself is really lovely, you can tell that a lot of care and attention has gone into the works they have done. It is compact but has everything that you need, the bed is really comfy, hot water is abundant and the wifi is stong. My favorite thing about this place was relaxing in the hot tub, just dring wine in the tub whilst looking at the stars and listing to music; pure bliss. Transport links are great, it was really easy and fast to get into town to meet friends, but then the area has a real neigbourhood vibe with some cute eateries and coffee shops. Don't be put off by the little garages that you have to walk by to get to the accomodation, it’s called the hidden garden gate cabin, so I expected it to be hidden away. It’s behind some garages but easy to get to only 5 minutes from station. 10/10 would recommend 😀
