Quiet, clean and tidy. Easy to get to the town centre, well lit for a walk back at night. Well set up for breakfast in the room before we checked out. Friendly owner, very accommodating with allowing us to check in an hour early. Much appreciated. Perfect for what we needed.

The South African theme was fabulous, the entire place was beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, and the hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. Our stay at Percy Arms exceded our expectations!

Very warm welcome. Comfortable, clean room. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Lots of charming details in the bar/restaurant. Only 5 minutes walk to Godalming train station, so 45 mins to Waterloo. Excellent value for money compared to London hotels

We had a very enjoyable stay. We found it welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious with very pleasing decor and furnishings. The meal was great- 'the best steak I've had in a long time', and a perfectly cooked and presented chicken burger and salad.

Olivier was very friendly and welcoming – though I only stayed for one night, he made sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and pleasant, with ample facilities. Highly recommended!!

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking at the back of the pub was fine, next to the village park. Very quiet and dark at night, comfy bed, very very clean and private.

This hotel is pet friendly. The room was exactly as I expected. The hotel is very conveniently located and the room has everything you need. For those who need a break from the daily grind, this is the perfect place. Please note that there is no lift and they don't serve breakfast in the hotel. Many leave negative reviews, but I do not agree with them. If you need to have employees fussing around you, then book other more expensive hotels, but if you need peace, unobtrusive service and a kind attitude towards your pet, this is the place for you. I will continue to stop here further, for me it is an ideal choice.

Ric and Peta went to every effort to make us comfortable during our stay, be it their clear instructions to finding the room, personalised breakfast orders, lovely morning chats and even a lift to where we needed to go on our final rainy morning. Minnie the dog is a delightful addition to the home. It's so peaceful to hear the water mill gently running in the background and you open the curtains each morning to the total wonderland views of the River Mole and Box Hill. The bed was extremely comfortable and the house so inviting and well cared for.
