A nice stay in Wales. The staff were very kind and we had an excellent service. Although the structure I quite old the rooms were very comfortable. The bed was super and we had a very good night sleep. The bathroom may need modernising but that does not reflect on either the staff nor the hotel itself. We had a very good stay with a good inner and a good size breakfast. There was good parking right by the hotel an it was real easy to get to. Lov eWales ... beautiful nature and people. Thank You

When we arrived we were blown away how beautiful the house itself was. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the host. She showed us around and talked us through how to use the hottub. The Cader Suite was lovely and spacious . It was tastefully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. It was certainly a room with a view with specular views over Dungalou. We thorouhly enjoyed the short walk into Dungalou. We had a fabulous meal at a small restaurant called the Sospan. Our steaks was delicious and the wine and desert hit the spot. The staff was attentive and friendly. We walked back to our abode for the night and hit the hottub with a bottle of bubbly. It was fantastic and so relaxing. We stayed there until midnight and sat outside on the patio enjoying the clear night sky watching the stars. We had a great night's sleep. The breakfast next morning was tasty. We were celebrating our 21st anniversary. And would totally recommend the experience to other couples. It was certainly one of the highlights of our stay in Wales.

Very friendly and responsive hosts. We booked and turned up five minutes later, and everything was ready for us. Beautifully clean room with exceptional attention to detail - complimentary Welsh crisps and shortbread biscuits, a coffee machine, and two bath robes. Lovely toiletries, too. It's a fantastic (and large) room for a great price - better than most hotels we have stayed in. Great dimmable lighting, too. A very relaxing stay. Thanks so much, Peter and Landon.
