Cleanliness. Size of the room. Easy check in and out. Good breakfast its nice that the restaurant serves only the room guests in the first 30minutes to avoid long waiting, but still giving the option to eat during the whole brunch service. lovely, lovely place in the center of a beautiful town.. staff were ever so friendly, the room and the view were gorgeous, we had a fantastic bath with the delicious smelling soaps, breakfast was amazing. hands down we couldn’t have found a better place for our weekend getaway. thank you!

We absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Shepherd's Hut. We thought the added touch of having the use of a fire pit and logs just on the porch was lovely. Great shower, comfy bed and very well equppied kitchen. Harriet was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice and central accommodation, spacious room, nice view. The rooms are direct in the cafe… and the cafe is very nice, with very delicious food and awesome coffee. The young guys running the cafe and the accommodation are very friendly.

The Ship gave us everything that we be needed. A very comfortable, spacious, clean room, with great facilities. The stand out for us though, was the staff. We needed to leave very early, well before normal breakfast time. The front of house staff liaised with the kitchen and they put together a very good takeout breakfast, which was delivered to our room.

The Whoopy room was lovely, modern and charming with lounge area, very comfortable bed and roll top bath. Tea and coffee machine and toiletries added to the luxury feel. Breakfasts were amazing. Can recommend the bacon special breakfast with halloumi. Apparently you can pre order a box of cakes for your room. Very sad to see that they were all tucked away safely overnight 😀. Great location on High Street.
