Everything! The ambience was perfect for my family, away from other crowded areas and nicely next to the sea. The staff were so friendly! We were celebrating two birthdays and Emma so graciously went out of her way to bake us cake (on short notice!) I would go back again and again when In Santorini! Real value for money. Emma provided very helpful information when we were not quite sure of what to do or where to go. Super!!

-> Fantastic breakfasts based on Greek cuisine, delivered to the room every day (on time) -> Stunning view of the Caldera - one of the best on the entire island -> Large terrace with a pool (although it was sometimes difficult to have a bath due to windy weather, this was by no means the property’s fault) -> High-end cosmetics in the shower -> Comfortable, large bed -> Excellent service - they helped us choose attractions and restaurants, answered all our questions, and Xhuljana was especially helpful -> Very clean - the room was cleaned whenever we needed it -> A special mention for allowing us to check in 4 hours early (morning flight) – we’re very grateful for that

We had a truly wonderful stay at Irene city villas in Fira, Santorini, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Emy and Costas, in particular, were absolutely amazing—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made a lasting impression on us and contributed so much to our overall experience. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk from Fira square—making it easy to explore the town while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. Emy provided us with fantastic local recommendations for restaurants, sights, and experiences. The facilities were just what we were hoping for during our summer break. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and everything always felt welcoming and well looked after. One of the highlights for us was the breakfast each morning—it was varied, fresh, and delicious, with something to suit everyone’s tastes. It was a great way to start the day. Another thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated was the flexibility offered after check-out. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel and, later in the evening before our flight, come back for a quick shower and change. This was an unexpected bonus that made a big difference to our travel day. Overall, the villa provided the ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The genuine hospitality, excellent location, great amenities, and thoughtful service make this place a real gem. We would gladly return and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family visiting Santorini.

Danai is a super host ! A warm welcome and super advices on activities, sightseeing and restaurant ! It made our stay in Santorini very enjoyable. The room is really comfy and makes you feel in your own private bubble. The village of Megalochori is small but charming and you can easily move with buses.
