We stayed 6 nights & had such a wonderful time here. It's a beautiful house in a quiet area. Our room was very well decorated & immaculately clean. Towels were changed, the bed was made & bathroom cleaned daily. Checking in was easy, the lady owner contacted us to ask our arrival time & was waiting for us on arrival. She was kind, friendly & approachable & gave us lots of information & a map on ferries to Venice. My Italian is very poor so I was very grateful that she did this in English. It was clear that the owner cared very much that guests were happy. We had a very good breakfast of croissants, toast, yoghurt, meats & cheese, cereals, juice, tea & coffee all available. It was so pleasant sitting in the garden to eat. We were able to leave our suitcases after check-out. The accommodation is ideally situated, only 6-7 minutes from the port down the main road then turn right.. Similarly the beach is a short walk down the main road then turn left.

This place needs to be rated beyound il 9.5. A quiet place that combines authenticity and modernity. The owner of this structure has managed to safeguard the particularity and historical aspect of Venice while simultaneously providing modern and recent comfort. Impeccable cleanliness, very friendly welcome and reception, and precisely described street indications. Very quiet and pleasant place. Facilities carefully maintained. As far as I am concerned and I told the owner in our first conversation, this place deserves to be named eye of the fish given its geographical position and how it is managed and maintained. It's given an equal attention that one would care for his/her own eyes. I will definitely come back with my family next time.
