The wonderful people who ran the Hotel (a mother and daughter) could not have been more helpful. We arrived at the train station a bit tired and later than planned in the evening and quickly realised the walk to the hotel would be too much in the busy traffic of the town, when we phoned our hosts to ask them to phone for a taxi they picked us personally from the station in less than 10 minutes. Throughout our stay our hosts were happy to drop us off and pick us up from the train station or a wonderful local restaurant that they were friends with. The nights when we did not go out to eat, the hosts served a great choice of meals and a selection of beers, wines and spirits and even brought a table inside for us when it rained one night. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food, excellent tea/coffee and in particular the fruit juices. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the air conditioning very good with a good sized bathroom, wifi worked well too. As I said at the beginning it is a family run Hotel with fantastic service and hospitality who were more like friends than hosts and we would definately stay again. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from our arrival through the olive trees lining the drive (they produce their own oil) to the moment we left. Thank you so much for a wonderful and memorable stay.

From the very beginning, Cizia was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pinocchio Park and with a great restaurant nearby. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options. We would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended—1000%!

The entire house was a nice surprise, the kitchen most of all. Was very beautiful decorated, country italian style, clean. The breakfast was ok, we europeans are used to a different type but it was understandable because we were in Italy. Another big plus of the stay eas the fact that its has a big yard and you have where to park.
