This was a highlight of our trip after staying mostly in business hotels. The hosts are lovely people who do their best to make you feel welcome during your stay, even if it's only for one night. The house is also filled with knickknacks that give it a cosy and personal feel. Shared bathroom and toilet, but everything is really clean and well maintained. And it's located right by Motomachi, really close to the sights of Hakodate.

It is so so so clean. Had a great stay here. Nice hosts literally taking care of everything you need, the room is spotless clean and with everything you need. It is also very spacious for relaxing.

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy especially during a February winter. Around a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram which wasn't too bad, but also pretty much right next to a grocery which was very convenient!
