The host is really helpful. He helped us a lot during the time I stay there. Luckily, the weather is sunny so I can have stunning view of the Fuji mountain. The house is clean and warm. I’m happy to meet nice people at this guest house. Remember to bring warm jacket because it’s really cold outside at night, but inside the house is warm.

The location was perfect and the owner was super nice and helpful :) she showed us everything and gave us recommendations, helped with buses and transport. Not just with that but with good spots to see MT Fuji! She can speak good english and we had a lovely family feeling from all over the place :) she made us a photo of us when we arrived and left it for us later that day as a gift ❤️it was super nice. We can only recommend to come here and I hope we will be back as well and if so, for sure for more days!

Very friendly atmosphere. Nice and clean rooms and also showers. Stuff is really kind, friendly and helpfull. We stayed there only for one night but we really enjoyed it. Best place if you are traveler with backpack and need a shelter for night.

Nothing to complaint about, the location was very near to almost everywhere! all the facilities are well kept and maintained too. Staff was really polite & helpful. The cleanliness was also 100%, didn’t see any bugs or dirt etc

Excellent service from the owner, very attentive and even put on a musical performance playing guitar and singing. The onsen was spectacular and the place had a great vibe. I would definitely return.
