One of the most beautiful hotel rooms we’ve stayed in, attention to detail is impeccable while still having a laid back atmosphere. The owner Ruben, has a fantastic eye for design, as well as delicious food. All staff were very friendly and helped us organise activities and restaurant visits during our trip. Very good value for money. In the morning I was a bit too early for coffee and breakfast so a member of staff brought me a cup of coffee to the room. What a great unexpected service!

We had an amazing stay at Monte do Roque. It was the perfect place for a peaceful vacation after spending some days in Lisbon. The B&B is located on a farm surounded by fields with oak trees so we were able to go on some nice walks and hang out with the animals on the farm (thanks Veronique for letting us help out with the animals here and there ☺️). Veronique and Tom were great hosts, making you feel like a part of the family! They also had some great suggestions for day trips so we had a lot of fun discovering the nearby towns. The rooms were nicely decorated and the breakfast was great as well, it had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back in Summer and see how they improved further (and try out the pool as well since it was still a bit too cold)

Wonderful farm stay away from city noise. Crisp clean air and fantastic atmosphere. Joaquim was a super host and made me feel completely at home. A great place to stay for a few days and use as a central hub to local attractions.
