Property exceed our expectations! The hotel is nicely designed with attention to every little detail, main hall is absolutely perfect for breakfast and relaxation. Breakfast is so lovely and we enjoyed it a lot! Location is also perfect in the center of La Marsa and close to beach. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Was lovely meeting Esma and her family, she’s very welcoming and kind. She offered lots of tips and suggestions for things to visit. The property is very nice and clean, located in a quiet area but still close to Sidi bou said center. Breakfast was delicious! definitely recommend

Dar Ennassim is a beautiful family home in a nice part of the town, close to different facilities, places to go out to, walking distance from nice restaurants and small shops. We were there for close to a week. Initially thought of staying in Tunis for a few nights only and go somewhere else, but we liked it so much and decided to stay longer with Taieb and Sonia. Taieb was super resourceful, we got a free entry to their other house turned into a museum to learn about family life, enjoy beautiful traditional interior design and views from the rooftop balcony. Every morning we were served with a wonderful breakfast containing home-made jams and spreads.

Said and Fatens Guesthouse is a special place! We were given information on how to reach them from the airport and Said waited up for us and gave us a tour and some great tips. The location is fantastic for going to the beach (2min), walking to Sidi Bou Said (30min) or taking the train to Tunis (30 min). We loved all the details in the appartment and the courtyard was our favorite place. Wifi worked great and the rooms were clean. We will definetely come back!

A little oasis in the middle of the Tunis! The guest house has surprised us with tranquil, tropical and beautiful courtyard, which was a stark contrast to the bustling streets of Tunis. The breakfast was amazing - full of flavor and beautifully presented. The house is decorated with traditional details, which makes it unique and comfortable to stay. This beautiful old house, perfectly renovated and refurbished with love, is located in the heart of La Marsa Cubes in the second row to the beach. It is a beautiful, full of lovely details and art and very quiet location. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was very sumptuous and varied. Our requests were very kindly accommodated. All in all, highly recommended. An absolute oasis of well-being to relax and sleep. After the very generous breakfast, which is also served until noon, one is satiated to start the day and explore the surroundings. The beach is well frequented during the months of July and August on weekends. In the morning and during the week, however, one has his peace.

Beautifull traditional house being managed by the owners family. Great location, close to the beach but very quiet. Beautifull sun terrace, good rooms.
