A hidden gem amongst other hotels in this location. Everything was exceptionally well maintained, the personel was very friendly and helpful, the kitchen served a good food and the place is only a few minutes on foot from the beach.

In the middle of the tourist season, it was such a pleasure to be away from the large, crowded establishments and to enjoy the personal service of Roxana and her staff. I liked the simplicity of the place and it's proximity to the beach. An efficiently run place that I would return to.

All staff are so friendly and kind that they talked me like family! I never found such a adjective, enjoyable, friendly and beautiful hotel...! I really enjoyed even the life there! They kindly taught me any helpful information whenever I had a trouble and question. Everywhere is clean. You can also stay outside. You can find great ocean view in front when you open the door. I did snorkeling with the owner Kibwana since morning, and it was unforgettable and beautiful experiences... :) Kibwana Village Bungalows organizes Diving and Snorkeling by their own, and they heard me kindly what I want to do. Kibwana Village Bungalows have restaurant and there are a few restaurant around there but these restaurant was closed in daytime so I didn't eat anything there until 18:30 (6:30pm) because of Ramadan! But you can have nice breakfast since 7:00am even in Ramadan. It was so beautiful memory and they gave me lots of smile and help... though I'm solo traveler. Probably I was first Japanese traveler there..?? Anyway I really appreciate the staff for everything their help, smile and enjoy moment! Asante sana!!!

Amazing location, right on the beach. Large sea-facing room on 1st floor has the most spectacular terrace we’ve seen - around 30 m2 overlooking the beach, with water few meters from the hotel. Room and the terrace occupies entire front of the building, so guests enjoy total privacy.

We loved our stay in Kendwa Carletto Style. The bungalow was clean and spacious with a nice patio for relaxing with a book. The staff are really helpful and added little details to make our stay extra special. It was nice to get a feel for the locality on the short walk to the beach. At low tide you can walk over and back between Kendwa and Nungwi. If the tide comes in you can take a short taxi ride or water taxi. There is a really nice Italian restaurant with delicious cocktails on Nungwi beach. Can't remember the name but it's up some wooden steps, right beside the Mama Mia ice cream parlour(not the one at Kendwa Rocks)

It has just been a dream! We were very warmly welcomed and we immediately felt home. Gloria, the owner, and Anna were just so kind and available for questions at any time and also the staff was really really nice! The hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere and the view on the beach is just stunning. You can even have breakfast and lunch with the feet in the sand and a view to the beach. The food was very delicious and priceworthy. Gloria was also organizing trips for us and next door you can also have a massage, if you want to. Even when my boyfriend got a high fever and intestinal problems they helped out with contacting a doctor. Every waitress knew what was going on, so they were preparing the right food for him - we felt very safe and well cared for! All in all we couldn‘t have made a better decision to choose the White Dream and we will miss it a lot!
