From the moment I arrived with my big luggage, my first priority was finding a safe place to store it for the duration of my stay in Zanzibar. They not only offered secure storage facilities but exceeded my expectations by providing a reliable solution for my needs. Due to a delayed flight, I arrived at the hostel much later than anticipated. Despite the inconvenience, Salma, the owner, went above and beyond by offering to refund the cost of the missed day of my reservation. This gesture of understanding and flexibility immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Upon my return, with an early morning flight looming, Salma surprised me once again with her exceptional hospitality. She kindly arranged a room for me, ensuring I had a comfortable and stress-free stay before my departure. I cannot express enough gratitude for the level of care and hospitality I experienced here. Salma's dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable and sets a standard of service that I have rarely encountered in my travels. For solo travelers who want to explore the island like myself, navigating with a large luggage, Kiponda Hotel is an absolute gem.
