We chose this beautiful place for our stay during Ironman Klagenfurt. We wanted somewhere relaxing but not too far from the race venue and this was perfect. I cannot describe how beautiful the scenery is and our suite at villa stern had a beautiful balcony and private terrace area to enjoy nature at its best. The whole of villa stern looks newly refurbished with a mix of modern and traditional furniture, The bathroom is a good size with lovely walk in shower, the water pressure was great and never short of hot water.. we had a separate lounge area to the bedroom. Both the lounge and bedroom opened out onto the balcony all with direct views to the pool and amazing forests. It is absolutely peaceful. Every morning breakfast is served from 8-10am, but on race day they prepared it for us for 4 am. The hosts are a couple and they are fantastic. They are so accommodating and will do anything to help make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was everything from hot cooked breakfast, to cheese and cold cuts, to cereals, yoghurts, fruits, croissants and regional delicacies, as well as a great coffee machine and a mix of teas and fruit juices. I cannot fault the cleanliness it was immaculate and they change the linens whenever you wanted and organised the room cleaning when you wanted too. The hosts also provide trips to venice which is just 2.5 hours away or if you go in winter they can take you just 30 mins down the road to a ski resort. The Villa Stern also has some bikes if you want to take them out for a ride. There is a cycle track just a couple of hundred metres down the road so it's really convenient. Viktring is just 10km down the road and there you can find shops and restaurants, but you will soon come to know that the villages surrounding lake klagenfurt are full of places to visit and dine. We had a fantastic time and are coming back next year for sure.

Bauernhof Podorn ligt in Sankt Kanzian am Klopeiner See, op 25 km van Kasteel Krastowitz, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een barbecue. Mooi appartement/studio. Modern ingericht. De keuken ziet er ook als nieuw uit en is groot. Uitzicht mooi. Balkon is klein maar je kan er met z’n tweeën zitten. Er is geen airco dus wel warm binnen. Wij kregen van de eigenaar een pas om naar het strandbad te gaan dan hoefde je geen entree te betalen. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk.

Casa Plus heeft gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en biedt uitzicht op de bergen in Villach. Mooi hotel met mooie en verzorgde kamers. Zeker gaan eten in hun restaurant met typische gerechten.

A wonderful place to stay! This is a great location with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The hosts were exceptionally warm, helpful, and friendly – they made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with a wide variety of choices. There’s free parking available, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

We only spent a night here for a road trip. But we can tell that the room was great, the bed was very comfortable. The communication and the staff were exceptional, and we also had a delicious breakfast. You can feel that this place has a heart who is the owner. Thank you for that, because it was a pleasure to be part of this welcoming hospitality. Parking was obvious and easy, also the self check in.

Enjoyit Rooms ligt in Velden am Wörthersee, op 400 meter van het Casino. Het heeft een barbecue en biedt uitzicht op het zwembad. Everything! The room was comfortable and spotless with a little balcony. The operator and owner was so gracious and friendly. She was available 24/7 to address any concerns. She even noticed it was my birthday and gave me a departing gift! It was one of the nicest stays we have ever had!

Haus Lackner am Weissensee in Kärnten in Weissensee biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen, een tuin, een privéstrand, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en watersportfaciliteiten. De schone kamer goede matrassen en een prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt prima . Mevr was ontzettend vriendelijk. Zal zeker iedereen aan raden om daar naar toe te gaan.
